  23. I tried to purchase a monitor from them last October and it arrived 
  24. within 3 days. Well, it was DOA. So, I sent it back for repairs. As of 
  25. last week, after many calls, I finally got them to grant a refund. (They 
  26. have a store credit only policy) Now, I'm waiting on the refund :(

  28. BTW, I always called them, they NEVER returned my calls.
  29. But, their BBS seems to have quite a large file base though.
