- I tried to purchase a monitor from them last October and it arrived
- within 3 days. Well, it was DOA. So, I sent it back for repairs. As of
- last week, after many calls, I finally got them to grant a refund. (They
- have a store credit only policy) Now, I'm waiting on the refund :(

- BTW, I always called them, they NEVER returned my calls.
- But, their BBS seems to have quite a large file base though.
